Reverend Cindy Dack is an Ordained United Methodist Elder. She served three congregations of the United Methodist Church in the Central Texas Conference. She currently serves as the Director of Religious
Education for Fort Leonard Wood.
Reverend Dack's education includes a BS from Northeast Missouri State University in Social Work/Psychology, an MSW from the University of Missouri Columbia in Clinical Social Work, and an M Div from Austin Presbyterian Theological Seminary. Previous service areas include:
CEO for the Rape Crisis and Domestic Violence Center in Washington D.C. While in this position she served on the Attorney General Reno's
Commission on Family Violence. Peace Corps health care coordinator
in the Ivory Coast Africa. Director of Adoptions for the Department of Family Services in Honolulu, Hawaii. Reverend Dack has served as a
Board Member for CASA International, NOW, and the Women's Clergy Council. She is an active advocate and participant for "Take Back the Night".
She and her husband, Jim, recently celebrated 30 years of marriage.
They have two children, Andrew and Caitlin.
